Director - Dental

Lisa began her career with the Royal Australian Army Dental Corps as a Dental Assistant and later as a Dental Technician. Today, she leads the Primary Dental business, with a team of over 400 employees and 150 dentists across 61 dental practices nationally.

With over 15 years’ experience, Lisa has championed excellence in patient care and is passionate about partnering closely with dentists, employees and strategic partners to provide Australians with affordable and quality dental care. She is a skilled leader who is driven by her values and works tirelessly to engage, motivate and connect our teams across the country.

Over the years Primary Dental has led the way with many innovative firsts, and Lisa has been instrumental in embedding these new solutions throughout our network of practices, resulting in a strong team that is united values, purpose and vision.
